MESSAGE FOR OUR GUESTS AND FRIENDS OF OUR FRIENDS,

We continue to confront the complexities of COVID-19, our way of life has changed significantly in recent months, leading us to accept constant change as part of our daily lives. And despite the negative impacts, we remain deeply motivated by the various ways in which people around the world adjust, especially children, the future of our family, and support each other. For now, we would like to inform you about the new health and hygiene initiatives that we have developed to give our guests and friends of our friends, the peace of mind about future stays, and the additional flexibility we offer with all new reservations so that you can book with confidence.

Revised deferral policy

Until further notice, any existing reservations traveling during the period May 10 to December 20, 2020 may be postponed until March 30, 2022, subject to availability.

Revised cancellation policy

FIT's: Full payment is required at least 7 days before arrival

If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, 100% cancellation fee

Groups: Full payment is required at least 15 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel 15 days or less before arrival, 100% cancellation fee

Standard cancellation policy for postponed reservations

For all postponed reservations, our standard cancellation policy will apply to the newly chosen travel dates.

Until further notice, our cancellation policy will be modified as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon confirmation of reservation, Toro Travel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation. Applicable cancellation fee equivalent to:

60 to 31 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 25% Cancellation fees (Non-refundable deposit to apply)

30 to 00 days prior to arrival at the lodge = 100% Cancellation fees, unless the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the original confirmation of the reservation.

All deposits of 25 % received on confirmation are Non-Refundable and will apply as cancellation fees.
